These terms apply whenever you use shivikrishna.com or buy anything from it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and in plain English.
Who we are
shivikrishna.com is run by Shivi Krishna, an individual based in India, referred to here as “we” or “us”. You can reach us at hello@shivikrishna.com, and our full contact details are on the contact page.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy anything. Your account is for you alone. You sign in with a link sent to your email or with your Google account, so please keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
What you get when you buy
Buying a course, workshop, cohort or session gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access it for your own learning. It does not give you ownership of the content.
- Recorded courses and workshops stay available in your account for as long as the course remains available on this site.
- Live cohorts run on the published dates. Each cohort has a limited number of places.
- One-to-one sessions are booked for a specific time and held online.
How and when you receive access is set out in our Delivery Policy.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees or US dollars. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
- We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The price shown is the full amount.
- Rupee payments are processed by Razorpay, and dollar payments by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- We price each currency separately and do not convert between them. If you pay in a currency other than your bank’s, your bank may charge its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.
- We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.
Refunds and rescheduling
Purchases are not refundable if you change your mind. One-to-one sessions can be rescheduled once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice. There are exceptions where we will always refund you, such as being charged twice. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What our services are, and what they are not
Tarot readings, Reiki and the teaching on this site are offered for personal insight, reflection and wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing we say or teach is a diagnosis, a treatment or a guarantee of any outcome. If you have a health condition, please keep following the advice of your doctor. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away rather than booking a session.
Decisions you make after a reading or course are your own responsibility.
Using the content fairly
The videos, text and other materials on this site belong to us. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not:
- share your account or sign-in links with anyone else;
- download, record, copy or redistribute our videos or materials;
- resell or publicly share anything you have bought; or
- record a live session or cohort without everyone’s permission.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep the site running and our content accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top when we do. The version in force when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking to us first, it will be dealt with by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
