Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. This page explains how you receive each kind of purchase.
Recorded courses and workshops
You get access as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. The course appears in your dashboard, where you can start watching straight away, on any device where you are signed in.
Live cohorts
Your place is confirmed as soon as your payment is. The cohort appears in your dashboard, along with its schedule and the details you need to join each live session. Sessions take place online on the published dates.
One-to-one sessions
Once your payment is confirmed, you choose a time for your session from the available slots. Sessions are held online by video call, and the joining details are shared with you when you book.
If access doesn't appear
Payment confirmation normally takes a few minutes, and occasionally longer when a bank is slow to respond. Please refresh your dashboard after a little while.
If nothing has appeared an hour after you paid, email hello@shivikrishna.com from the address you used to buy, and we will sort it out. If we cannot give you access, you are entitled to a full refund, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What you need
- An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.
- Access to the email address on your account, which is how you sign in.
- For live cohorts and one-to-one sessions, a device with a camera and microphone is recommended.
